Kids Go Wild in Dorset! With the start of the school summer holidays right around the corner, parents looking for inventive and creative ways to keep their children entertained during the break need look no further than the Artsreach summer programme of activities, which runs from the 26th July to 30th August 2019. This summer the programme is inspired by The Lost Words, Robert Macfarlane and Jackie Morris’s stunning book, which uses the magic of words and imagery to revive our love of nature. From arts and crafts to music, theatre, outdoor adventures, storytelling and more, there is something for everyone! Various venues across Dorset.

Workshops include: Wood speak Creators with Sarah Butterworth, Curious Creatures & Puppet workshops with Squashbox Theatre, getting creative in the wild with Dorset Forest Schools, interactive story, music and dressing up with Treehouse Theatre, Potato Sack creatures with Jo Burlington, 3D sculptures with Darrell Wakelam, Storytelling with Martin Maudsley, Wild Art with Vicky Ashford and Stone Carving with Bec Freiesleben.
