The Samaritans Weymouth Branch

Samaritans is available 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair including those which may lead to suicide, which could be related to relationship and family problems, loss of a job, a friend or a family member, financial worries, job-related stress, study related issues, body image issues or any other factors. As well as talking to people face to face, on the telephone, by email and text, we are also involved with the YOI/HM Prison Portland, where we train and support prisoners as Samaritan Listeners. We also support the Verne Immigration Removal Centre
