Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Local Offer

Support for children and young people with SEN and disabilities
As a registered childminder I am the trained SEND co-ordinator for the setting. I attend regular Special Educational Needs and Disability training offered by Local Authority to make sure I keep my SEND up to date and access further online training to develop my knowledge and understanding. I have experience in caring for a young child with SEND. I have learnt how parents of a child with SEND are vital in providing the best insight and knowledge about their child and I aim to work closely with parents / carers to ensure all needs are met by myself within my childcare setting. I also provide all children with access to resources and is adapted to each child as they grow and develop. Please contact me for more information.
