You can also find out about the Driving Mobility information centres which are a UK-wide network of independent organisations, providing a range of mobility assessment services and face-to-face advice about mobility. If you are 16 years old and above and get or have applied for, the enhanced rate of the mobility component of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), you may be able to apply for a provisional driving licence.
